Extended Day Program 2027
Morning Program (Before School):
Students begin their day in a calm and welcoming space where they review homework, read, or participate in quiet games and creative activities that help them ease into the school day.
Afternoon Program (After School):
After the school bell rings, our program offers a fun and structured afternoon filled with age-appropriate activities tailored to K–6 students. Children enjoy a variety of options such as:
- Arts and crafts
- Activity room
- Game room
- Group games and outdoor play
- Homework support and reading time
- Social-emotional learning and team-building exercises
Our caring and trained staff create a positive atmosphere where children can build friendships, explore new interests, and continue learning in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Registration & Fee Information
To guarantee a spot for your child(ren), we strongly recommend registering several months or even a year in advance, as space is limited and programs fill quickly.
Half days will have an automatic $10 additional fee applied at checkout.
Families have the flexibility to register their child for 2 to 5 days per week in our Extended Day Program, depending on their scheduling needs.
Fee Structure:
- Early Bird: $5 per day
- Before Care: $7 per day
- After Care $16 per day
- After Care Drop-In: $25 per day
- Before Care Drop-In: $12 per day (7:30-8:30am)
- Half days: $26
Drop-In Option:
We offer a limited number of one-day drop-in spots for both morning and afternoon care. Drop-in requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to approval by the Director or Youth Program Manager.
Payment and Refund Information
- At the time of registration, families are required to set up a monthly payment plan.
- Automatic payments will be processed using your card.
- No refunds will be issued after the program begins.
- Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even if the program is canceled for any reason.
Required Documentation
All required forms must be completed and submitted no later than one week before the program start date. Incomplete paperwork may delay your child’s participation in the program.

NOTE: The CT Health Assessment Record is the same document needed to enroll your child in school every fall. In order to be valid for the school year, the physical examination cannot be any older than one year before the program begins. In the event the physical expires during the program, there is a 30-day grace period to obtain a new physical examination and coinciding CT Health Assessment Record. The entire document (Parts I, II, and an Immunization Record) must be submitted in order for your child(ren) to attend camp. This includes a Parent/Guardian signature and completed health history of the child(ren) on the first page (Part I).
