CIT/JRCiT Positions are available -A program that teaches leadership, responsibility, and camp-counseling skills while giving participants real experience assisting younger campers.The CIT and JCIT Summer Program is designed to give participants a meaningful step forward from traditional camp experiences, focusing on leadership development, increased responsibility, and hands-on engagement. Campers will take part in structured daily activities led by a dedicated CIT Director, who will guide them through team-building, mentoring opportunities, and skill development that prepares them for future leadership roles both in and out of camp.To enhance the overall experience, the program will include a wider variety of trips and enriched programming throughout the summer, offering participants new environments to explore, learn, and grow.
